Win a Lifestyle Shoot Competition with Shellie
As you know Shellie joined the team last summer and since then she has been busy behind the scenes with second shooting at weddings with me, doing some editing, wrote this fabulous blog post on second shooting here and doing her own sessions. Well, I am seriously running out of available space for family lifestyle sessions, therefore it is time to launch Shellie in her own right as a family lifestyle photographer with Summer Love Photography … and what better way than starting it with a competition! Over to you Shellie …
This Year I am Leaping in to Spring …
To celebrate the arrival of this beautiful season, I am very excited to officially open the chance of winning a fabulous Spring Into Action Lifestyle Shoot at Sandringham Forest with Five complementary images of your choice from your own personal online gallery taken by myself.
When I think of Spring it reminds me of so many beautiful things, a time where flowers and trees start to blossom, new life, new starts and that all important visit from the Easter Bunny. The sun begins to make a regular appearance and then finally visiting the baby lambs at our local farm with my children. What’s not to love about spring!
All you have to do to be in with a chance to win this fabulous competition is to carefully read my terms and conditions and comment below, either within this post or on the Facebook Page with something that reminds you of Spring! What makes you think its spring time? Is there something you like to do with your family during this season? Have you wrote a poem? Captured spring in action? There is no limits to your creative replies. Please also let me know a bit about who will be having the shoot.

Spring reminds me of daffodils, pancake day, Easter & the start to a beautiful summer!
If I win this competition I will be bringing along my fiancé we got engaged back in October but haven’t had the chance to have any pictures of the 2 of us together as he has been working away 4 the last 4 months!

Little lambs in the fields and daffodils remind me of spring. Lambing starts at the end of February and hopefully the better weather and lighter nights are coming in March. The birds are singing in the mornings and spring provides beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My favourite thing is early morning dog walks and rides on my horse. It’s a great time of year.
What it Spring?…
Positive, Hopeful, Happy….Beautiful. xx

If I was lucky enough to win I’d like to include my family. Husband, Mum, Dad & Sister for some rare time all together as a family with memories to print! Working full time we dont often manage much time together and so would be great to have this opportunity xx
Love snowdrops, bluebells, daffs and all new life…..if won like family shoot with my little family!! Xx
Spring makes me think of pale pink and white blossoms drifting from the trees in the fresh but sunlit outdoors. Spring speaks through nature of new life and pure beauty.
Should I be lucky enough to win I would treasure this opportunity to share a pregnancy / engagement shoot with my wonderful man as we look forward to a very pure and beautiful new life of our own.
Spring reminds me of…happy family times! Longer sunnier days, all things pastel, new life and Easter..especially the chocolate part!
If I am lucky enough to win this would be a perfect treat for my beautiful mum who will be celebrating a big birthday this year (50..coughs). And would include my family and my sisters family. As we don’t have many recent pictures of us all.
Fingers crossed xx
My mum reminds me of spring as we have mother’s day and her birthday. Lots of happy family memories x

Spring is the perfect opportunity to blow away all winter blues and to start enjoying the outdoors….. Beautiful colours, brighter night’s, lovely long doggy walks baby animals in the fields and of course a cheeky little visit from a certain Easter bunny!
If I was lucky enough to win this I would share it with my family … The pics from the last shoot we had we’r absolutely perfect so would like to extend the album! Xxx
Spring is the start of all things new, it’s something that makes you feel good
It has to be from the moment you open your eyes and it is warmth coming in the window and blue skies. It’s that feeling of anything is possible. Packing the kids ready for a day outside. Lambs, daffodils, fresh air, cherry blossom, puddles, slides and days of adventure. I love the spring and would love a photo shoot with the boys xx
Spring, spring is coming soon,
Grass is green and flowers bloom,
Birds returning from the south,
Bees are buzzing all about,
Leaves are buddign everywhere,
Spring, spring is finally here!
Spring reminds me of my birthday, time of happiness with friends and family. Easter has the same meaning so it honours all happy times. I ❤️ The warmer days with a slight breeze and the smell of freshly cut grass. It’s my favourite time of year and I’d love to capture those moments (under the professional guidance) with my fiancé and our beautiful dog, the English bull terrier, Maude xx
Spring reminds me of things waking up after a cold dark winter. Mornings are lighter the evening longer and if we re really lucky we get some sunshine in between. There’s warmth on your skin from the sun. Animals are waking up from hibernation and baby animals are being born. You go past field upon field and see baby lambs skipping about or learning to take those first tentative wobbly steps. New plants are shooting and daffodils and tulips cover surrounding fields around the area.
If I was lucky enough to win this I would take my close family with my gorgeous little niece cus she loves running through the woods
Spring is…….hmmm.. Waking up earlIer in the morning than you usually would because the sunlight is shining through that little gap in the curtains onto you face. It’s the smell of fresh cut grass as you leave the house for work. Its when instead of layering up with clothes you can take a few off on that walk to work to feel the cool breeze on you face. It’s when the day always seems to have that freshness to it. Its a little exciting as you see all the blossem coming on the trees because then you know its getting warmer and summers on its way. Its leaving work and its still light or you can watch the sunset on your way home. Pure Bliss. me and my 8 year old would love this as we dont have many pictures like this together
It’s when I first spoke to my fantastic fiance – we’re pretty much childhood sweethearts, being together since 2007 when we were just 15 and 16 and we’re now getting married next year 🙂
It’s also when I became a big sister, aged 11. It reminds me of the day my brother was born, climbing in a blossom filled cherry tree at my grandma’s who then took a photo… She repeated the photo almost 10 years later in the same tree around the same time 🙂
Of course my lovely fiance would share the shoot with me if I was lucky enough to win 🙂
Spring for me is bluebells and snowdrops in a forest baby lambs and the smell of fresh cut grass and above all my little boy running around a field with the sun out and a big smile on his face. My husband mowing and I give him a diet coke that spills all down him so he has to take his top off Oh wait that’s an advert lol !!!! X

Spring…….
As I look around
At the beautiful land
I see things created
By Gods almighty hand.
The birds are singing
As they fly by
The clouds are floating
Across the sky
The thunderclouds gone
They’ve passed me by
No more storms
Just clear blue sky
The flowers are blooming
The grass is green
I’m seeing things
I’ve never seen
Spring reminds me of new beginnings and fresh hope! If I was lucky enough to win I would bring my four children and two dogs!

Spring is my favourite season not to cold and not to hot!! Spring reminds me of the smell of fresh cut grass, daffodils, family walks and best of all the sound of my 2 little girls Maisie and patsys laughter whilst there playing in the garden! X
