Floral Design with Lily Jayne Florist

Lily Jayne Florist - Wedding Flowers

Lily-Jayne Florist is a beautiful little workshop set in the heart of Lincolnshire owned by Alicia Gant, a creative Floral Designer. Alicia has always had an interest in floral design and describes herself as always being creative. “Until about 23 I didn’t know what I wanted to do, so I went back to college, studied floral design and got some experience at a florist’s.” Summer of 2016, Alicia took the jump and ventured into her own business journey and so became Lily Jayne Florist, her business has grown quickly which is a true reflection on her talents.

Booking with Lily Jayne Florist begins with a consultation in which Alicia talks with the bride and groom to-be and its a chance for them to put across their ideas and visions for what they imagine on their big day. Its a perfect chance for Alicia to to get an early idea of the floral arrangement they are looking for. “If their struggling for ideas I bring out my creativeness and get together some ideas for them and we can discuss as much as possible so we are completely on the same page.”

Alicia then discusses with the couple any specific flowers they are looking for and if they have any preference in sense of scent and texture of flowers. Creating all different kinds of arrangements, Alicia decides with her clients what they want whether thats large arrangements or smaller ones, neutral or vibrant ones. “Its fun, no matter what I’m creating, I like to suggest ideas sometimes and it usually inspires people a little bit.

Flowers play an integral part on a wedding day and can complete a certain look of a venue or create a certain feeling of a wedding day. The floral arrangement chosen can completely change the look of a room and it can say so much about your personality. “Theres sometimes more vibrant and large arrangements and sometimes much more simpler and neutral arrangements, both are beautiful, theres so much you can do with flowers.”

Throughout 2016, Alicia was seeing a lot more pastel trends in floral arrangements for weddings. She didn’t have very many vibrant weddings. “Some brides were also beginning to like foliage and lace and it was all very country.” In 2017, she predicts much more foliage to become a trend. “I can tell from consultations already that brides are steering towards it.” Another floral trend this year is the green and whites, very neutral, very elegant and very classic arrangements. This is also a timeless look and as Alicia says; “there are trends to follow but you don’t have to go with them, its your day and it can be completely your own style that you like.

For a new brides-to-be Alicia would suggest looking for florists and arranging consultations as soon as possible as it can get booked up very quickly. “Even if you don’t agree on colours or flowers yet, I would just make sure you get your booking confirmed.” As this wedding season approaches, Alicia is already beginning to look quite booked up and she also has bookings already for next year. She would also advise looking through Pinterest to get inspiration. Alicia finds it much easier to see a couples vision when they show her pictures and although she doesn’t go exactly from the pictures, they give a good idea as to what the couple wants to ensure they are on the same page and what she produces is what they want for their big day.

Lily Jayne Florist - Wedding Flowers

Being in the heart of Lincolnshire, its brilliant for locally grown flowers. Alicia always tries to look around locally for her clients and use as much British grown produce as she can. If theres something a couple specifically want, Alicia can source from abroad and she has contacts that can bring her flowers to her workshop 7am the next day if needs be. “If a bride wants a specific variety of something I will do my utmost best to ensure she gets what she hopes for.

Alicia loves to express herself artistically when she isn’t working on floral design by restoring and painting hand-crafted furniture. She’s always looking at ideas that she can do for interior and her workshop was a reflection of this. It was filled with beautifully crafted furniture and a captivatingly designed flooring. It was full of handmade decor with stunning design down to the smallest detail. Alicia is currently learning Calligraphy as her next big venture and would love to offer that to clients as well as the floral design.

The next business step for Lily Jayne Florist is to one day come together with her sister to own a joint café and florist that also offers other strings to the wedding world. With her beautiful work and head strong ambition, I can see a very successful future for Alicia with Lily Jayne Florist and if your looking for elegant, tasteful and captivating floral designs for you wedding, I would advise a consultation with her as soon as you can.

Red Barn Wedding

A Winter Wedding at The Red Barn – Isobelle & Rick Get Married

Red Barn Wedding Photography

Saturday must have been one of the coldest days this year to date – to say it was blinking freezing was to put it mildly! However, I have to tell you this couple completely rocked it, they embraced the chilly air, stepped outside and did their pictures. As always The Red Barn looked incredible and atmospheric and the day went smoothly, was full of fun and everybody was looked after.

When Isobelle and Rick first got in touch with me and told me all about their Japanese theme, it sounded so intriguing. For somebody who had never been to Japan, for a whole I got to enjoy a full Japanese atmosphere from cherry blossom, waving cats, Japanese dolls, authentic foliage, saki, japenese canapés and a Japanese wedding breakfast. For all elements of the day to embrace this theme was incredible and it was clear that so much thought and time had gone in to all the planning.

The day was full of fun, tender moments, love, laughter and they will look back on the chilly weather, embracing the cold and bundling in the car after the church to get some warmth as part of the story of such a happy day. Much love and congratulations to you. Jo xx

Summer Love Associate Photographer // Meet Roxy

Roxy Wallis on capturing a moment

Summer Love Photography Associate Wedding Photographer  Roxy is a trained midwife, a mum of two and a lover of beautiful moments. Her father was her inspiration for photography and he prompted her passion. When Roxy first   began experimenting with photography, he would laugh at her for cropping the heads off or capturing too much sky above the subject. However, to this day she still likes to include pretty skies in her photography. “My father always encouraged me to own a ‘proper’ camera and not to just use a phone which got me practising and playing with the art of photography.

Summer Love Photography is proud to have Roxy as a second shooter and she is also available for her own weddings this year. Her favourite moment of a wedding day is the couples photos when the bride and groom get to relax and really look at and talk to each other. “It gets so busy on the day but when the couple take a walk together, stand together and get close, you can really see all the emotions spilling over from the ceremony.” Roxy loves to get creative in this moment as a photographer.

When dealing with the pressure of playing such a lead role in the most important day of someones life, Roxy calms herself by remembering the joy of her previous clients and lets this carry her through each event. That gives her the confidence to carry on. “Im not a naturally outspoken person, I find it hard to shout to a group.” As a result she uses a more quiet assertiveness to arrange group photos. The couples trust in which they place in her is what she is most proud of as a wedding photographer. Being such a pivotal moment in the bride and grooms lives, Roxy feels honoured to be entrusted with capturing that.

Roxy is Summer Love Photography’s newborn specialist photographer and is in the process of setting up her own natural light home studio. She loves to grab the fleeting moments of a newborn on camera. “Those precious few weeks pass by in a sleepless haze and all too soon they are a distant memory.” This is why it is a passion of hers to make sure its documented. Being most proud of her lifestyle images with families, she loves capture people in their own home with their newborn as an alternative to her planned home studio.

I like to work outdoors if possible as I much prefer natural light over studio lighting.” Roxy would describe her style as a mix of lifestyle and naturally posed with a contemporary feel. If Roxy isn’t photographing clients, you can find her photographing her own two boys, and her husband- much to his dismay! In her spare time she also loves to pursue Instagram’s beautiful feeds for inspiration or explore Pinterest.

Below are Roxy’s five favourite images and why she likes them taken as a second shooter and newborn specialist of Summer Love Photography. You can also find more examples of her work here – PORTFOLIO

I love the soft tones in this and how cosy it feels, although not quite as cosy as the baby will be in there!

I love the lifestyle feel of this shot and how close the connection is between mother and daughter.

I just love a happy confetti shot and this one oozes joy.

Ely Cathedral and Red Barn Wedding

Katie & Charles Get Married

Ely Cathedral & Red Barn Wedding

This weekend saw my first wedding of 2017 and oh what a beauty – both Ely Cathedral and The Red Barn all in one go! Although Ely cathedral is magnificent in every sense of the word, Katie and Charles were incredibly laid back and as a result the whole day had this laid back vibe to it. Family and friends milled around chatting and catching up with each other in the Cathedral waiting for the bride to arrive in time for the ceremony. The morning had gone smoothly with fun and laughter and even a rap by a bridesmaid to keep us all entertained. Katie arrived at the Cathedral beaming and showing her pure excitement all over her face. I love when every emotion pours out you like that!

Heading out of the Cathedral through a long line of confetti, Katie and Charles jumped in to their restored landrover and drove the entire way to The Red Barn with tin cans strung on the back! The Red Barn provided us with a beautiful backdrop of fields and big skies and we even found ourselves blessed with the most incredible sunset. We couldn’t finish off the couple pictures without popping in to see the cows (we did the pre-wedding shoot at the couples cattle farm) by which time it was beginning to get dark. The barn was lit up with fairy lights, big wreaths, large cane deers and lots of candle light. The barn was full of ambience.

I had such a great day with you all, it was an incredible start to the 2017 season and lots of love and congratulations to you. Jo xx

Summer Love Photography Review

“I couldn’t imagine anyone else to photograph the best day of our lives” Fiona and Craig’s story

Lincoln Wedding Photography Bride and Groom

Bride Fiona Bell and groom Craig Bell booked with Summer Love Photography for their wedding in April 2016. They share intimate details of their big day and what is was like having Summer Love as their Photographer.

What made you decide to go with Summer Love Photography as your wedding photographer?

– I think the second we met Jo she put us at ease, she was warm and welcoming, full of advice, and gave us plenty of examples of her work, which is all incredible! Her photography is simply beautiful, natural, bright, not harshly edited and so many precious moments that are unforgettable for all her brides and grooms. We had been to see a few photographers previously and always came out with pros and cons, but with Jo we drove home and I jumped straight onto the laptop to send an email to tell her we would like to book her! It’s kind of like when a bride tries on ‘the’ dress they just know it’s the one, Jo gave us that feeling, she was ‘the’ photographer we wanted and needed!

How did Jo make you feel on your wedding day?

– Like a million dollars, nothing more fabulous than being photographed whilst having your hair and makeup done, I felt like a celeb with the paparazzi wanting to get a sneak peak at what the bride wore on her big day! Jo had such a gentle approach with everyone, and the second shooter Arienne got some fantastic shots of the grooms party which was amazing to see, every bride loves to know what the groom got up to the hours before the ceremony. I think having a second shooter is crucial and this was also a big selling point for us.

Lincoln Wedding Photography Bride Prep Lincoln Wedding Photography Groom Prep Lincoln Wedding Photography Groom Prep

What did you like best about Jo and her style?

– We loved how Jo and Arienne took a step back, throughout the day we hardly noticed they were around capturing some beautiful, natural moments, a lot of guests said after that they didn’t even notice they were having their photo taken. We feel it made everyone comfortable and at ease, and not like they had to stage for these, other than the group photos but that was no hassle and very, very organised, unlike other weddings we’ve been to where it has taken forever and everyone has serious nip on from the freezing cold and all the flower girls are bored and pulling the petals off their bouquet!

Lincoln Wedding Photography Lincoln Wedding Photography Lincoln Wedding Photography Flowergirls

What was you favourite wedding day picture and why?

– This is the worst question you could ever ask of me haha! I love every single one of them, even the one where I was putting on my wedding dress and you can see my tanned knees where I had worn ripped jeans a few weeks before sat out in my dad’s garden and flipping burnt them! That photo made my sides ache! Thank goodness for long wedding dresses! There are so many of me laughing hard with family/friends/during speeches that you can see my laughter lines around my eyes and me sporting a double chin, some might not appreciate this look themselves but it just proves how comfortable in my skin I felt that day. They’re so natural and one of my mums friends actually commented after looking through the photos saying she’d never seen me smile so much I looked the happiest I’ve ever been. There’s a beautiful photo of Craig and myself sat under the blossom tree in all its glory, sharing an intimate moment that is a close runner up, but I’d have to say my favourite is of our daughter and my mum shedding a few happy tears. They have tissues to their eyes, wiping tears away, unaware they’re being photographed. Who knew a 7 year old would have so many emotions. This is a moment we missed being caught up in saying our vows and me trying to fight back my own tears (god what an emotional wreck I was)!

 Lincoln Wedding Photography bride pre

Lincoln Wedding Photography Lincoln Wedding Photography Lincoln Wedding Photography

What did Jo do that made you feel confident in her on the run up to your wedding?

– Jo was there every step of the way and was always reachable which we feel every bride and groom needs if they have any problems/requests. Jo gave us a run down of how she’d like group photos etc to go, which we felt was very important as for myself I have a mum and dad that are no longer together and for them to not be in a photo just them two was essential (no one needs that awkward tension). Jo also has a bridal Facebook page set up, it’s like a bride tribe full of amazing ladies will lots of questions, advice, recommendations and inspiration.

 Lincoln Wedding Photography

Would you recommend Jo to a friend?

– I have done so already to a few brides to be, I also had a friend contact me regarding Jo and her work after they had viewed our photos on Facebook. I couldn’t imagine anyone else to photograph the best day of our lives.

Summer Love Associate Photographer // Meet Arienne

Arienne Jonas on capturing a moment

Summer Love Photography Associate Photographer

Arienne fell in love with wedding photography whilst planning her own wedding. Due to not going out or socialising as much in the quest to save money for her big day, she picked up her camera again like she used to when she was a photography-passionate teenager. She began taking pictures of her wedding details to keep them as a memory and it re-kindled her passion for photography.  After being slightly disappointed with her own wedding photos she said she never wanted another bride to feel like that about her wedding photos. “My biggest thing was that I didn’t research for my wedding photographer and I really wish I had now.” This passion pushed her towards experimenting with her camera, getting some training and she began taking photos at friends weddings. “It all snowballed from there and I really fell in love with the day and the excitement of it all.”

Arienne is a real people person. “I love being around people and having fun with couples on their wedding day.” She’s also a real family girl and loves being homely. “I love my family, they mean everything to me, my mum is my ‘go-to’ place if I get too stressed over anything.” Her and her husband have been together 14 years and they made their vows five years ago in Santorini. Her passion outside of photography is her love of dancing. If she’s not holding a camera then she is watching dancing videos or listening to music. Growing up her dream was always to be a dancer and she loves practicing and creating dance routines with her niece. “I just love doing that sort of thing, its something completely different from photography but still being around people, which I love.

Whilst second shooting with Summer Love Photography, Arienne gets to photograph the groom and the groomsmen while Jo photographs the bride and bridesmaids. She loves to document how nervous the groom gets as well as the bride and then capturing the moment when he sees the bride for the first time walking down the aisle. Getting those loving tears and nervous smiles in a photograph and seeing it all come together in a moment. “Every wedding is different and just to see all the little moments is amazing.

One of Arienne’s fondest memories at a wedding was one in which the bride had a son with a disability. Growing up, Arienne’s mum looked after a lot of children who had disabilities and she also has an autistic sister, so its a subject that is close to her heart. “I knew as soon as she saw him at the church it was going to be the most emotional moment of the whole day. Just to see the mother, I know she’s upset, she’s crying but its happy tears.” Seeing the families come together like this is a love of hers and it often gets her feeling emotional. “Its great though because you have a camera to hide behind so they cant see you cry!

Gaining a connection with her couples is very important for Arienne. She likes to get to know them so that they feel comfortable just being themselves. That way by not being too obtrusive, standing back and giving couples time, she can capture their true emotions and feelings. “I like to feel like I have achieved great photos and I want to give something amazing back.” This connection with her couples is how she also deals with the pressure of playing such a lead role in someones most important day. “It makes me feel calm throughout the day because I know them, I know what they want.

Arienne’s photography style is very natural and she loves to just capture special moments. “I love the documentary and lifestyle of the day.” Her greatest achievement from wedding photography has been how it has brought out her confidence. “I’ve always been really shy and this has really made me step out of that comfort zone.” She believes that confidence has come from passion.

When asked what is the best advice to a new bride-to-be planning her wedding, Arienne’s first response was “Take your time don’t rush!” She goes on to advise starting with the venue and the photographer. “They are the two things that stand out on the day because your photos will last forever and your venue is where you brought everyone together and is whats around you throughout the day.” She also says that its good to find things that fit you as a person, things that make you smile. “Don’t take too long looking at something, if it grabs you and makes you want to look further then you know its what you like and just keep looking that way.

Below are Ariennes five favourite images and why she likes them taken as a second shooter and main associate of Summer Love Photography. You can also find more examples of her work here – PORTFOLIO

2016 A Year in Review

Its All About the People

2016 Review-1127

For me, 2016 was all about the people.
I wanted to do the very best I could for couples, their families and to capture their day in a real and honest way so that when they looked back at their pictures, they remembered little moments, saw new moments, smiled, reflected and just generally felt that when all put together there was the story of their own day in their own individual way. It was the year I stopped doing requested Pinterest set ups – as all couples would remember is ‘oh thats when Jo set up the picture we said we liked’ instead of it being real and a true reflection of them, their family and their day. It was the year I pushed myself to really stand back, watch and look for connections. No pressure on myself to integrate myself in to your day or share your moments – I was there to see and feel them and capture them. It was the year I grew in a quiet confidence as I stopped comparison with other photographers and concentrated on doing the very best I could.

This year I got to shoot my first elopement, I received a booking for my first destination wedding and I grew the business to have a Summer Love Team so that we have regular second shooters and associates for when I am not available. I second shot a handful times as I wanted to hone my candids and I travelled to California to undertake training and see what its all about stateside! But all of that is nothing in comparison to the fabulous couples and their families and friends I have got to work with. All of your weddings are unique and in absolute honesty it doesn’t matter how many times I do or don’t shoot at a venue – because for me your wedding day has been all about the people, the connections, the relationships, the bonds – the story. Thank You for having me along for the ride and placing that trust in me.

Bucket List

Do you have a bucket list? Are there certain things you want to achieve, things you want to have, places you want to go?

2016-06-19 11.54.40
Its funny how we perceive our dreams as I was telling my husband mine and I described them as completely achievable rather than being way out there – I’ll probably never do that – type of ones. I read the first one out and his response was ‘I thought you said they were achievable!’ Interesting how we see things …
I thought it might be fun to share some of mine that I wrote in my journal roughly 2 years ago now and really pleased that I can cross a couple off and now I want to add more. When I look through my list, what seems to be important is that mine are all about experiences. I often have trouble justifying buying myself a designer handbag or expensive piece of clothing thinking that they really are not worth it but if some one said to me ‘this course gives you a new skill, or this retreat will give you greater clarity of mind, or if we go here the sun will be shining’ – well I’m a sucker for that and always happy to invest. Therefore it should be no surprise really that my entire bucket list is all about experiences ….
1. Swim in the Blue Lagoon and seek the Northern Lights in Iceland
2. Walk the Pilgrim Trail in Northern Spain
3. Climb to the top of Mount Snowden
4. Visit the Statue of Liberty  (This was my highlight from the trip to New York, you feel everything she stands for when there!)
5. For my daughter and I to do a road trip through Italy together
6. Do the Scotland North Coast 500 miles road trip (we have this planned for first 3 weeks of the summer school holiday in 2018)
7. Take a road trip in the USA  (I did a 3 day one through California on the Highway 1 – however its left me wanting to do another longer one!)
8. Go on a retreat to nourish, look within and find yourself.  (I did this a couple of years ago and my body and mind seems to be screaming out for another one!)
9. Do yoga and go on a yoga retreat (However I tried yoga at home and it made me feel sad!! I think i need to try this again before sacking it off!)
10. Take a month long city break through Europe via train.
I now plan to add …..
1. Learn Spanish – how have I got to this age and not learnt another language!
2. Be in a position to take 3 months off work to do a rural based photography project in my local area
3. Visit Costa Rica, eat mangos and see my friend M
4. Stay at a Buddhist retreat in Bali
What would yours be? Are yours experiences too? Have they changed over time?

I love your list! The Buddhist retreat sounds amazing! I want to see the Northern Lights too, but I’m fancying a trip to Denmark xox

  2. Debbie Harris

Lovely to see all the things you’ve done so far – it’s inspired me to write mine down. I’ve also got a friend in Costa Rica who I’d love to visit. Don’t give up on the yoga – find a good class that won’t make you sad. I’ve been going to the same one for 10 years now. An hour and a half of postures and a meditation followed by coffee and cake!

  3. Elena

Wow! That was really interesting to read!!! I guess I need to write my own bucket list, too 😉 Just one thing about yoga: as you know, I’ve been attending a course for 2 and a half months, and love it so far. I too attempted to do it at home first, but it wasn’t (even remotely) the same thing. I would suggest you join a course when you have the chance, I believe it makes a great difference!

A Country Styled Wedding // Louise & Neil Got Married

A Norfolk Wedding filled with country style details and afternoon tea

Norfolk Country Wedding

There was so much excitement leading up to this Norfolk wedding out in the country with pretty details, afternoon tea and a sunny afternoon in the garden. I met Louise & Neil earlier int he year at their pre-wedding shoot, where they chose for it to take place surrounded by tree’s, big skies and open countryside. I wandered around with them, got to know them a little and captured the connection between them. Louise was funny, excited, kind, full of life and Neil clearly adored all these gorgeous traits about her. I knew when we got to the wedding it would be a happy day filled with smiles, laughter, fun and going with the flow. Thats exactly what it was like!

At bridal prep, I arrived to lots going on, the room full and all the preparations taking place. Lots of times, Louise said how she just wanted to get to the church to many Neil, no big nerves, just excitement and enthusiasm. The whole ceremony was personal, touching and full of their touches from the flowers at the church door put together by grandma, readings from family and jokes with the bestman. It made me smile capturing it all as it unfolded.

After pictures at the church we all headed to Porters Farm in Feltwell, Norfolk for games, drinks and everybody to mingle. I love this part of the day. Everyone is relaxed, talking to each other, playing games with the children and having a good time. Heading off for couple pictures, I stole Louise & Neil away from their guests for for a little while so they could catch up with each other, take some time out and catch up whilst I photographed them.

Walking in to the barn, it made you stop to take it all in. They had decorated it themselves – from the fairy lights, to the table centre pieces, to the details around the room. It was incredible and looked every bit the country styled shabby chic wedding they wanted. Guests enjoyed afternoon tea before the speeches that were both touching, sentimental yet funny and created laughs around the room.

Lots of congratulations to you both. Here is the story of your day …

Such beautiful moments you have captured! I particularly like the ones of the bride getting out of the car and the one where she is dancing in the field. Lovely work

All the pictures are lovely, but I am in love with the one of the bride looking out of the car window. You can see in her eyes so many different emotions… you captured them beautifully!

Family Photography

The Importance of Family Photography

king's lynn family photographer

I work with a few families who have their pictures taken at regular intervals, whether it is just because to capture their family growing and the development of characters or to cover significant life events such as Christenings, births and marriages. Either way, it is an absolute honour. When I see the families, as the children grow they become more and more comfortable with me, parents share memories from previous shoots which always helps the children to be super relaxed and I love to see how the children have grown, their new found characters, their development, their bonds.

I always feel such a deep connection to them and when big brothers hug their new sister, my heart melts a little, as families laugh together, I watch this and smile warmly, when siblings don’t question giving each other a hug in front of me, I always look to the parents and know they are thinking the same as me ‘that is heart warming’ and when the grown up member of the children wants to show the little ones what to do, I honestly feel a little bit of love right there.

I wanted to share my love and thanks to these families for trusting me to capture their families as they grow and develop. I love coming back to see you xx

Claire & Aaron

I first photographed this family as a family of three and then most recently as a family of five! Claire is one of these people that you feel amazed and a little in awe at what a great mum she is (I am always telling her this too!). When we catch up it honestly is like we are friends and we share stories of our children, what we have been up to and reminisce on our previous shoots.

Steph & Alyn

I knew Steph from my previous life as a Probation Officer. We shared my first ever girly holiday in Turkey and growing as two new girls in the world of training in the Probation World, working in the same office for a number of years. Steph moved on to new horizons but we stayed in touch and she allowed me to practise my new found love for photography with her children. Over time, it has now become a yearly thing to capture her children and pop the pictures in a little book for her. Steph tells me that they love to take out all these little books to look through – for me that is the reason I do this, right there!

Clare & Woody

The first time I met this family was for their daughter Sophia’s Christening in Norwich. The family are from Jersey but travel to Norfolk to visit family and I have been incredibly lucky enough to capture a further Christening of their son Cooper and two lifestyle shoots. I love to watch on with how hands on and full of fun dad is and the love and tenderness mum has so that when all put together as a family it works perfectly. At the last shoot Sophia and Cooper were curious and Sophia certainly was the big sister ensuring Cooper was safe. Those little moments are memories right there.

Emma & Jonny

I first met these guys as a family of four until now they are an amazing family of six! Three incredible boys, who are boys through and through – finding sticks, not standing still and exploring and then their fourth child a beautiful girl who I think is going to give the boys a run for their money! She held her ground amongst them and was just as inquisitive. I can only imagine that this families home is full of beautiful chaos, play, laughter and treasured moments.

Jo & Sam

I recently saw this family again following the birth of their second child after meeting them for the first time to capture the newborn pictures of their son Reuben. He had grown so much and all of a sudden seemed older and having taken on the big brother role full of love for his little baby sister, that my heart literally melted. He was still and calm and it was like he wanted to show his baby sister how you had your photograph taken. It has been so wonderful to photograph Jo & Sam’s significant events of births and marriage. These pictures make up their family history and something they will look back on to share the events with their children as they grow older. This really is an honour.

Beautiful family photos. I thinks its so important to make the time especially when kids are small to take as many photos as possible. Many people don’t like photos of themselves and don’t get into photos with their kids but it will be these photos and memories that they will cherish forever. Its lovely that you’ve given so many families these keepsakes.

  2. Boo Marshall

I think family photography is the most magical of all – and how wonderful to be able to grow with the family as it grows itself!
    Beautiful pictures xx

These families are so lucky to have you capture all their memories, what a precious gift! They’re all so beautiful and happy xox
